The official language for the meeting is ENGLISH.
Manuscripts and Abstracts:
Submissions are sought for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org before 31 October, 2013. All accepted abstracts will be included within the Symposium Proceedings and registered delegates will receive a copy onsite. Abstracts should be prepared in English within a maximum of 250 words. Abstracts must not contain tables, pictures or diagrams. All abbreviations must be spelled out on first use. Abstracts should be thoroughly checked for spelling and grammar.
Guidelines for Oral & Poster Presentation
Facility: multimedia projectors.
Poster board: 120 x 80 cm in size
Oral presentation: participants are advised to prepare Power Point presentation with a time slot of 20 minutes, which includes approximately 5 minutes for question and discussions.
Passport & Visas:
A valid passport is required for all travel in China. The visa entry requirements for China vary according to your country of origin. Please contact the Embassy or Consulate of China in your respective country for further details.
If you require an Official Letter of Invitation, please contact the Organizing Committee. This letter does not represent a commitment by the organizers to provide financial support.
The registration fee is 800 RMB or 120 US dollar. It covers conference materials, reception, banquet, lunches, dinner, coffee & tea breaks, and local transportation. Students pay a reduced registration fee of 50%. All payments for registration fees can be made on arrival at the registration desk and have to be made in cash.
Hotel accommodation for participants is available at the XTBG Guest House in the garden. In addition some student accommodation is available locally.
