The Department of Finance & Assets Management is an administrative division in charge of the financial affairs and estates of XTBG.

Major Responsibilities:

1.　Planning, management and accounting of all the funds, making sure that every need of the annual budget will be met.

2.　Managing all the financial affairs of  XTBG to strictly follow relevant regulations on finance.

3.　Managing XTBG estates, guarantee the integrity and security of state assets.

4.　Dealing with the affairs of application and changes of the property rights on real estates.

5.　Supervising the use of residence buildings of XTBG.

6. Supervising and auditing the enterprises subordinate to the Garden, meanwhile submitting statistics of the enterprises.
