Liu Wanlu funded by UNESCO/China Co-Sponsored Fellowships Program

Ms. Liu Wanlu, a master student of environmental education at Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), has been recently funded by the Co-Sponsored Fellowships Program of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and China Scholarship Council. She, the first XTBG student of its kind, will go to work at the UNESCO Maputo Office in Mozambique for one year.  

Liu Wanlu has completed her master degree study in environmental education at XTBG, with Prof. Chen Jin as her supervisor.  

With professional qualification, Liu Wanlu will work at the UNESCO Maputo Office as an assistant to assist in related activities on establishment of nature reserves, citizen science literacy, and science education programs, etc. in Mozambique.
