Adjunct Professorship awarded to Dr. David W. Roubik

Recently XTBG has awarded an Adjunct Professorship Appointment Letter to Dr. David Ward Roubik of Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute, Panama. The appointment term of Dr. Roubik is two years.

 Dr. David W. Roubik is a well-known entomologist whose research interests are in bee biology, pollination ecology, palynology, entomology and evolutionary ecology. He has published many high-level academic papers.

  With his visits to XTBG in 2004 and 2005, Dr. David W. Roubik has given much help to XTBG studies on bee biology. He is willing to fulfill his responsibilities of an overseas advisory expert and to promote scientific research and personnel training in XTBG.
