On December 5, a meeting for the directors of CAS Botanical Gardens was held at XTBG, which brought together the executives including Chen Jin of XTBG, Huang Hongwen of South China Botanical Garden, Li Shaohua of Wuhan Botanical Garden, Li Dezhu of Kunming Botanical Garden, He Xingyuan of Shenyang Arboretum, Pan Borong of Tulufan Botanical Garden, and Jing Xinming of Beijing Botanical Garden.

    The participating directors reviewed the development of botanical gardens during the phase of CAS Knowledge Innovation Program and discussed work plans in current situations. Mr. Su Ronghui, vice director general of CAS Bureau of Life Sciences & Biotechnology, deployed future work of CAS Botanical Gardens.
