A decision has been recently made that the Correspondents’ Station Yunnan of Science Times is affiliated to XTBG at a meeting participated by leaders of Science Times and institutions of CAS Kunming Branch.

 XTBG director Chen Jin said at the meeting that “Science Times, a preeminent national daily, provides a good platform for spreading the research work and achievements to the public, meanwhile promoting the reputation of CAS institutions in Yunnan”.

 Vice Director Yang Jianhua of Science Times felt grateful for the affiliation of its Correspondents’ Station to XTBG, and said that it will play an important role in the coverage of research achievements and activities.
