Mr. Li Zhiyong, Vice Minister of the CPC Central Organization Department, paid an inspection visit to XTBG on May 10, in the company of deputy CPC secretary Li Jiheng of Yunnan and Sheriff Dao Linyin of Xishuangbanna.

After listening to a brief work report by XTBG deputy director Li Hongwei, the officials had a tour within the Garden.

In a positive recognition of achievements and contributions, the vice minister hoped XTBG to introduce more high-profile talents, to wisely handle the relationship between biodiversity conservation and sustainable use, meanwhile to contribute more to ecological civilization.
