The workers congress is a good way for making the Garden’s fairs open. As scheduled, XTBG holds the staff and workers’ congress every year. The annual meeting 2009 fell on February 26-27.

The representatives of staff and workers heard and deliberated Director Chen Jin’s work report over the past year and long-term and annual plans. They also listened to report on financial budget and final accounting of revenue and expenditure, etc. 

 The representatives discussed knotty issues in management and hot issues about which the staff and workers are concerned, presenting opinions and suggestions and working out resolutions for the implementation of work plans, training plans, capital construction, etc.

Fulfilling the democratic rights, the annual workers congress was successfully completed in National Anthem on February 27.
