Approved by the People’s Government of Yunnan Province, Prof. Gao Jiangyun of XTBG was awarded the special provincial government allowance of 2009, in recognition of his academic achievements.

 Prof. Gao Jiangyun, an expert in pollination ecology and conservation biology, is principal investigator of Ex Situ Conservation & Re-introduction Group. He has published many high-level academic papers in international peer-reviewed journals.

 In 2009, the special allowance of Yunnan Province was granted to 100 scholars and technical staff with outstanding contributions.
