Mr. HE Jianyu, director of the Evaluation Center for National Investment Program of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), had an investigation on the XTBG Research Center for Biomass and Conservation Biology from November 12 to 14, 2010. He was accompanied by principals of NDRC, Bureau of Capital Construction of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Kunming Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Mr. LI Hongwei, secretary of XTBG Committee of the Communist Party of China and deputy director of XTBG, delivered a report on the construction of the XTBG Research Center for Biomass and Conservation Biology.

After an onsite investigation on the international conference hall, library, main administration building, laboratory buildings, et al, HE Jianyu expressed his highly appreciation of the progress obtained by XTBG. This construction program will be recommended as an excellent investment program of NDRC.
