| A 3-person delegation of American National Science Foundation (NSF), headed by its inspector general Dr. Christine C. Boesz, came to visit XTBG at the invitation of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) during October 18-21. Some concerned officials with the NSFC accompanied them a tour.
During their stay at XTBG, Dr. Christine C. Boesz and her companions looked around the living plant collections and scientific facilities. Mr. Yue Zhonghou, an official with the NSFC, made an introduction of funding application, administration and the enhancement of scientific ethics. |
