During October 12 and 14, a seminar for graduate supervisors of Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (GUCAS) was held at the XTBG headquarters. More than 40 graduate supervisors and administrators from CAS Kunming Branch, Lanzhou Branch, Chengdu Institute of Biology, and Kunming Medical College attended the seminar.

The seminar aimed at strengthening the building of graduate supervisors of GUCAS, mastering the disciplines of graduate cultivation, improving the level of supervisors and qualities of students, meanwhile advancing the sustainable development of graduate education. Moreover, the seminar provided a good chance for the supervisors from both the CAS and universities to communicate and exchange learning, so as to enhance the sense of responsibility and become more confident in graduate supervision and administration.

  The participants listened to a series of special lectures and made a lot of idea exchanges.

  The seminar fulfilled the agenda as planned and closed on Oct.14.
